Nigel is an Operating Partner and is responsible for advising on transactions, investments and restructuring activities at Keystone.
He is an experienced Chartered Accountant with a Big 4 (KPMG and PwC) background, having worked with company boards on advisory, corporate finance, due diligence and managerial finance projects. During his career he has advised on projects within the £5m – £150m deal range, and has substantial IPO and capital market expertise.
Whilst in roles within the Big Four, he managed the delivery of advisory, due diligence and corporate finance projects across a broad range of sectors, including cross border transactions in the US and Europe.
Nigel is ACA qualified and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
