Meadows Care (January 2019)

With specialist debt advice from Keystone Partners, Meadows Care has secured additional borrowing facilities from AIB to enable the expansion of its network of care homes.

Meadows Care runs small care homes based across the north-west of England and in the Midlands. Each home accommodates up to 4 young people with complex needs. The business operates with high staffing ratios, providing a complete package of care, therapeutic residential placements and education, if required. Placements are generally long term but emergency or short term placements can be accepted if appropriate, based upon an impact assessment and matching assessment in the home.

Adam Rowlands, the founder and Managing Partner of Keystone said:

“It is extremely satisfying to have been able to secure additional borrowing facilities to enable Meadows Care to extend its network of homes. The business provides an outstanding level of care to disadvantaged young people and will now be able to build on its important contribution in the field of therapeutic care delivery.”

Jonthan Rigg, founder and Director of Meadows Care added:

“Keystone understood the mission and the key operational requirements of the business and delivered a financing solution that fits its needs.”
