Typically our role would include:
- Attendance at board meetings
- Acting in a non-executive capacity
- Strengthening the financial reporting
- Running an exit readiness program
- Creating and maintaining a virtual ‘data room’
- Relationship management with external funders
- Introducing and liaising with other professional advisers
